• A 50% non refundable deposit must be returned
with signed contract two weeks after making the
reservation.
• The remaining
balance must be paid two weeks prior to the scheduled
performance.
• For groups who book a performance one month
prior to the date, Full payment must be received
with the signed contract two weeks before the scheduled
performance.
• No groups with unpaid balances at showtime
will be admitted- no seat is guaranteed without
payment in full.
• Once a reservation has been made you will
receive the letter of agreement within 24 hours
which will contain all pertinent information and
dates. You will have two weeks from this date to
submit the 50% deposit.
• Payment may be made via Credit Card or Check,
